Booksmate downloads Atlassian invoices automatically: add Atlassian in Booksmate, press Fetch All, and your invoices are downloaded for you. Manual steps are listed below if you prefer to download them yourself.
Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing, select your billing account, then Invoices. Select Download next to the invoice and it saves as a PDF. This works for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and the other Atlassian cloud apps on Atlassian's new billing system.
Usually because you are not a billing admin, or because your subscription is still on Atlassian's original billing system. Original billing invoices are not in Atlassian Administration. A billing or technical contact signs in to my.atlassian.com, goes to Orders and selects PDF/Invoice.
Trello, Jira Align and Opsgenie are billed on separate systems. For Trello, a Workspace admin selects the Trello logo, then the Workspace, then Billing, to see past invoices and receipts. If your Workspace uses Atlassian's centralized billing, a billing admin finds them at admin.atlassian.com/billing under Invoices instead.
Not from Atlassian. The Invoices list has a Download button for each invoice, and Atlassian's help only describes downloading them one at a time.

Yes. Booksmate saves every invoice as a PDF, so they are easy to organize, share, or upload to your accounting software.
Ask an existing billing admin to add you. Only billing admins can add or remove other billing admins. Atlassian recommends at least two billing admins on each billing account, so someone can still get in if one person cannot.
A billing admin goes to admin.atlassian.com/billing, selects Addresses, then Edit address, and saves. Atlassian says your future invoices will show the new billing address. The sold-to address decides the tax on future payments.
PAID means Atlassian has your payment. DUE means you can still pay before the due date. OVERDUE means the due date has passed and you need to pay now to keep your apps. UNPAID means the subscriptions on that invoice were cancelled, so contact Atlassian to reactivate them.
Yes, to billing admins. When a payment goes through, Atlassian sends a "Your payment has been processed" email with the invoice attached as a PDF. If you pay by invoice, or a card payment fails, Atlassian sends a tax invoice to pay. You can always download the PDF again from Invoices.
