Booksmate downloads Xero invoices automatically: add Xero in Booksmate, press Fetch All, and your invoices are downloaded for you. Manual steps are listed below if you prefer to download them yourself.
In Xero, click your organization name, then Subscription and billing. On the Billing accounts tab, click the menu icon next to the billing account and select View invoices. Click an invoice number, then click PDF to download it.
Only the subscriber can see the organization's past invoices in Subscription and billing. Anyone else opens the link in the monthly subscription invoice email sent to the billing account's email address. Search for Xero Subscription Notifications or Xero Billing Notifications.
If you signed up on or after 1 August 2017, Xero invoices you at the start of each monthly billing period and charges your card the same day. Older subscriptions are invoiced at the end of the billing period.
Not from Xero. You open each invoice and click PDF. The Recent Bills statement has its own PDF button, but that saves the statement, not the invoices.
