How to download invoices from ChatGPT

How do you download a ChatGPT invoice?
Open Settings, then Billing, then Transaction history. Click the invoice icon on a payment and select Download invoice. On older accounts the route is Settings, Account, Payment, Manage, then Invoice History.
- Sign in to the account or workspace that pays for the plan.
Where are invoices for ChatGPT Business?
Workspace owners open Workspace settings, then Billing, then Invoices. Only owners can see invoices.
- Admins who are not owners will not see the Invoices list.
- API usage is billed separately on platform.openai.com.

- In ChatGPT, click your profile icon and open Settings
- Select Billing in the Settings menu
- Find Transaction history under your plan. Select View all for older payments
- Click the invoice icon on the payment you need. It opens the invoice on a Stripe page
- Select Download invoice for the tax invoice, or Download receipt for proof of payment

Why is my Invoice History empty?
You are usually signed in to a different account or workspace from the one that pays, or the plan was bought through Apple or Google. Switch accounts, check your app store, then contact OpenAI support with your account email.
