Blog / Tailride reviews
Tailride scores 4.1 on Trustpilot, but 17% of its reviews give it one star.
We read Tailride's reviews on 18 October 2026. Trustpilot rates it 4.1 out of 5 from 18 reviews, and its Chrome extension has 5.0 from 4 ratings. But 17% of its Trustpilot reviews give one star. The complaints that repeat are invoices that get missed, support that goes quiet and a setup that takes longer than expected.

Here is how Tailride is rated on the review sites that list it.
The sample is small, and Trustpilot notes Tailride hasn't invited reviews recently. The happy reviews are about time saved. The unhappy ones repeat the same three problems below.
These are the three complaints Tailride reviewers repeat most.
Invoices get missed or don't match.
Several reviewers say some invoices never arrive. One says the dashboard showed only part of a quarter's invoices and some emails were skipped. Another says none of their invoices were matched, and one says wrong totals reached Xero.
Support goes quiet.
Three of the unhappy reviews say support was slow or missing, including one who waited weeks for a reply. Tailride has replied and says support was overloaded and has since improved.
Setup takes longer than expected.
Reviewers ask for better onboarding and tutorials. One says it took almost an hour to work out how to scan their email for invoices, and another couldn't find documentation.
This is what Tailride reviewers like, and Booksmate does it too.
It saves hours of invoice hunting.
Most 5-star reviews say the same thing: invoices from email and supplier portals end up in one place without logging into each account.
“Instead of having to remember which services I need invoices from, log into each account individually and download everything manually, Tailride takes care of collecting and organising it for me.”Richard Brus (AU), Trustpilot, 5 stars, 18 Sep 2026
Receipts by chat app.
Reviewers like sending receipts through WhatsApp so nothing gets lost.
“I can put all my invoices at the same place even using WhatsApp ! So I loose nothing.”Pierre Lilien (BE), Trustpilot, 5 stars, 6 Aug 2025
