Claude Code and Promopresent
Claude Code can use your Booksmate account. Load the public plugin and sign in like the other agents. There is no API key to paste.
Promopresent invoice PDFs come from order history. Sign in once in the desktop app and it pulls them.
HeyGen
HeyGen invoices download from the live Stripe billing page, instead of a saved link.
Grok
Grok can use your Booksmate account through the same MCP server as the other agents.
Cursor and SaneBox
Install Booksmate from the Cursor marketplace and use your account over MCP. SaneBox invoices can be fetched too.
Ask for a missing website
If a supplier is missing, ask for the site in the app. Booksmate drafts the portal plugin for you.
Fix a broken supplier site
When a supplier site changes and the fetch breaks, you can run a repair from the desktop app.
A clearer document list
The document table was rebuilt. Filter by tax, tax rate, category, or type, and move through the rows with the keyboard.
ChatGPT, and uploads
You can put a file in yourself, and ChatGPT can use the account.
- Upload a file yourself. If Booksmate already has it, the upload says so instead of saving a second copy.
- ChatGPT can search invoices, upload receipts, and export. Sign in with your account. There is no API key.
Vodafone
Vodafone UK bills can be fetched, including older ones. The earlier plugin stays Vodafone DE, so the two accounts stay separate.

Bills in Booksmate can be sent to Xero.
