How to download invoices from Figma
Booksmate downloads Figma invoices automatically: add Figma in Booksmate, press Fetch All, and your invoices are downloaded for you. Manual steps are listed below if you prefer to download them yourself.
How do you download a Figma invoice?
From the file browser, click Admin, open the Billing tab, then click View invoice on the row you need. In Stripe, open View invoice details and click Download.
- • The newest invoice is at the top of the Billing list.
- • View invoice opens the document in Stripe before you can download it.
Can you download Figma invoices in bulk?
Figma Billing lists invoices and you open View invoice for each one in Stripe. The manual path downloads one invoice at a time.
- • Start with the most recent invoice at the top of the list.
- • Use an invoice-fetching tool when several seats or teams create a long history.

Manually download Figma invoices
- From the file browser, click Admin
- Click the Billing tab
- Find the invoice you want to download in the list. The most recent invoice is at the top
- Click the View invoice link to open the invoice in Stripe
- Click the View invoice details to view a detailed invoice
- Click Download to save a copy of the invoice
