How to download invoices from Canva
Booksmate downloads Canva invoices automatically: add Canva in Booksmate, press Fetch All, and your invoices are downloaded for you. Manual steps are listed below if you prefer to download them yourself.
How do you download a Canva invoice?
From the homepage, open your profile icon, go to Settings, then Payments and plans and the Orders and invoices tab. Select View invoice, or More then View invoice, to download the PDF.
- • The invoice list is under Payments and plans, not the editor.
- • More then View invoice is an alternative if View invoice is not shown.
Can you find older Canva invoices without scrolling?
Yes. On the Orders and invoices tab you can search by invoice ID or filter invoices by date or type, then open View invoice for the match.
- • Search is useful when you already have the invoice ID.
- • Date and type filters still open one invoice at a time.

- From the homepage, select your profile icon
- Select Settings
- Go to Payments and plans, then select Orders and invoices tab
- Select View invoice for the purchase you want to see. Alternatively, select More, then View invoice. The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF
