How to download invoices from Microsoft 365
Booksmate downloads Microsoft 365 invoices automatically: add Microsoft 365 in Booksmate, press Fetch All, and your invoices are downloaded for you. Manual steps are listed below if you prefer to download them yourself.
How do you download a Microsoft 365 invoice?
Open the Microsoft 365 admin center. In Simplified view, click Products then View invoices. In Dashboard view, go to Billing then Bills & payments. Open an invoice and click Download, then Download invoice.
- • The path depends on whether you see Simplified view or Dashboard view.
- • If you have more than one billing account, click Change billing account first.
Can you download Microsoft 365 invoices in bulk?
The invoice list lets you open one invoice, then Download invoice for that PDF. The manual path does not include a download-all action.
- • Switch billing accounts before you assume an invoice is missing.
- • Use an invoice-fetching tool when several tenants make the monthly pull slow.

Manually download Microsoft 365 invoices
- Navigate to the Microsoft 365 admin center
- For Simplified view: Click "Products", then "View invoices"
- For Dashboard view: Go to "Billing" → "Bills & payments"
- If multiple billing accounts exist, click "Change billing account" to switch between them
- Click on an invoice from the list to view its details
- Click "Download" button
- Select "Download invoice" to save the PDF file
