Overview

Booksmate collects invoices from websites in bulk. Pick your service, sign in once, and it handles the rest.

Setting up is quick:

Pick a Service: choose from 500+ ready-made plugins for platforms like Amazon, ChatGPT, AWS, and more.
Hit Start: Booksmate navigates to the site, logs in, and downloads your invoices.
Optional: Save Credentials: store your login details for fully hands-free collection.

That's it. Booksmate handles the web automation for you. Need a service that isn't listed? Contact us and we'll add it.

Owners and admins can schedule Fetch All so Booksmate runs every connection on a timer, the same as clicking the Fetch All button.

In the desktop app, click the clock next to Fetch All, or open Organization Settings.
Turn on Automatic Fetch All.
Choose how often (every day, 2 days, 3 days, or week) and the local hour.
Leave Booksmate desktop open at that time. If it is closed, that run is skipped.

Any org member with the app open can run the scheduled Fetch All for the organization. Only owners and admins can change the schedule.

Your credentials are never shared with us. Booksmate gives you flexible, privacy-focused login options, just as safe as browsing normally.

Choose your security level:

A. Fully Automatic Login
Store credentials for completely touchless, recurring collection.

B. Semi-Automatic (Recommended)
Save your username and password, but enter OTPs yourself each time.

C. Manual Login
Enter credentials yourself every time. Booksmate never sees or stores them.
